"Quickstep" is a visual embodiment of lightness, rhythm and effortless movement.
Lush peonies come to life in dance, revealing their multi-layered petals, reminiscent of rapid turns and graceful steps of one of the most elegant ballroom dances.
The contrast between the deep blue background and delicate pearly pink shades of flowers enhances the feeling of a stage where light catches every smooth gesture. The composition is filled with inner energy: it combines dynamics and grace, strength and fragility, creating the impression of a moment frozen in the middle of a dance.
In the series "Dance with me" each painting has its own character and rhythm.
"Quickstep" tells the story of the lightness of life, the joy of movement and the beauty of the moment when harmony is born from freedom. It is an invitation to experience music without sound - to see the dance in the gentle swirl of petals and to allow yourself to dance with them, at least for a moment.
