 The name "Iris" was given to this flower by the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates in honor of the goddess Irida. According to mythology, she descended to earth along a rainbow to announce to people the will of Heaven. Flowers were part of her clothes. 
 Since then, irises have become associated with rainbows, good news and a connection between two worlds: earthly and heavenly.  
 
 
 ABOUT QUALITY
 1. I use quality oil paints with natural pigment.
2. My Rosa canvases are made in Ukraine from ecological and high-quality materials from 100% cotton or flax, stretched perfectly. The edges and corners are smooth and beautiful.
3. The ends of the picture are painted and continue the plot of the picture, which allows you to immediately hang it on the wall or, if desired, you can later decorate it in a baguette.
4. On request, I make quality fasteners on the back of the picture. But, if you plan to make a picture in a baguette workshop - I will not do fastening.
5. The picture must be covered with a thin protective layer of professional varnish for oil paint. This will save it for many years - protect it from mechanical damage, scratches, dust and moisture.
