When buying a finished painting, its exchange or refund for the painting sent to you is not carried out, except in cases of mechanical damage during delivery. Please confirm the fact of damage to the picture with photos on the day of receipt of the picture.
Paintings are sent with 100% prepayment
In case of the Buyer's refusal to purchase a painting made to order (if the painting has already been painted, but not yet sent) - the Buyer is refunded the amount in full size.
